Delivery
Non personalised prints will be sent out within 2-7 days. Custom prints
may take a little longer and are sent out within 5-10 days. I will email
you when your item has been sent.

All orders within Australia are despatched by Austrailia Post Express Post. I do not hold responsibility for any lost items during postage. No refund or replacement will be offered for items lost during postage.

Postage and handling prices are within Australia and will vary depending on quantity of prints and location. This will be added to your total upon checkout.

If there is a delay with your order I will contact you immediately.

Returns
Postage and handling charges are non refundable.

For custom prints, we send you an email for approval. No responsibility
is taken for spelling mistakes or errors once approval has been given.

All frames are bubble wrapped and boxed for the best protection and I check items one by one before they are sent. If any damages do occur, please contact me and I will work out the best solution for each case.

Secure Payment
I use Paypal for credit card transactions. You can pay securely with
Visa and Mastercard with or without a PayPal account.

Direct Deposit
If you would prefer to pay by direct deposit please contact me and I will give you my account information. Please note that if paying via direct deposit, your order will not be processed until the money is received in my bank account. I will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment.
